Sometimes you want to convert Excel to a PDF.
You may be making a presentation to your boss, or sending someone financial statements. And you don’t want to use a live spreadsheet.
This is incredibly easy to do in Excel. It literally takes 3 seconds.
Yet I often see advertorials selling useless rip-off third party software to convert Excel to a PDF.
I don’t want you to waste your time and money, so here’s all you have to do:
- Go to the File menu

- Click Export
- Click the Create PDF/XPS button.

- Click Publish. (Or change the name and folder first, if you don’t like the defaults.)

And you’re done.
